2017 Wellington Florida Neighborhood Real Estate Reviews
Did my home value go up in 2017? This is a question a lot of Wellington Florida homeowners are asking themselves as we begin the new year. While the Village of Wellington remained stable throughout the year and saw a slight increase in the median home price the same can’t be said for individual neighborhoods.
Some of the most popular neighborhoods in Wellington, like Wellington Shores and Grand Isles, saw a huge increase in the median sales price. However other neighborhoods, like Aero Club and Versailles, didn’t fair as well and saw a decrease in the median sales price. While increases and decreases in sale prices won’t determine the exact value of your home it will let you know how your neighborhood is doing, which does affect your homes value.
