Equestrian Club consists of 118 semi-custom luxury estate homes, which were built by Centerline Homes from 2003 to 2005. Seven incredible floorplans were built with living square footage ranging from 3,112 up to 4,909. The smallest luxury estate home in the Equestrian Club features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom, and a 3 car garage while the largest luxury estate home features 5 bedrooms/ den/ loft/ billiards room, 5 bathrooms and a 4 car garage.
