A few years ago I wrote about my journey to health and the “savior” who has been helping me, but I never shared who that person was until today. This amazing, dedicated, caring woman is Tracy Mastandrea, RD,LD/N with tmihealth.

She graduated from the University of Alabama and has her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences with a focus in food and nutrition. She also graded from the Coordinated Program of Dietetics having completed internships in several nutrition related fields. Tracy has continued her love for nutrition and wellness as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the South Florida area.
