Equestrian Club is one of Wellington Florida’s most magnificent guard gated luxury estate home communities. Throughout 2002 up until 2005 Centerline Homes constructed 118 luxury estate homes, which are situated on 1/3 acre plus lots.
Like other communities throughout Wellington Florida property value increased at a rapid rate in Equestrian Club and reached it’s peak in 2006 with a median sales price of $930,000. Since 2006 property value in Equestrian Club has been decreasing, but so have the amount of homes for sale along with home sales themselves. Back in 2005 21 luxury estate homes sold in Equestrian Club while in 2011 only 6 homes sold.
The above graph displays Equestrian Club home sales for 2004 to 2011. The dark purple shows the number of homes sold while the light purple shows the median home sales price for that particular year. This graph does NOT include all new construction. You will notice an increase in the median sales price in 2010, which could most likely be contributed to the First Time Home Buyer Tax credit that was offered in 2009 & 2010 and in my opinion re-energized the real estate market.
As of today, there are only five homes for sale in Equestrian Club starting at $569,000 up to $769,000.
