Isles at Wellington Florida Market Report | January 2022

The number of homes for sale in the Isles at Wellington has decreased by one. In November there were 11 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $659,000 to $1,750,000. While now there are 10 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $754,900 to $1,895,000.

In November only 2 homes sold for $900,000 to $1,400,000 and in December 5 homes sold with asking prices ranging from $720,000 to $1,500,000.

The median sales price per square foot went from $310 down to $251 and days on market from 12 down to 3.

The number of homes for sale in the Isles at Wellington has decreased once again. Last month there were 10 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $754,900 to $1,895,000. Now, there are only 6 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $669,000 to $1,800,000.

In December 5 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $720,000 to $1,500,000. While in January 4 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $740,000 to $1,250,000.

The median sales price per square foot went back up from $251 to $309 and days on market from 3 up to 21.

The number of homes for sale in the Isles at Wellington has decreased once again. Last month there were 6 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $669,000 to $1,800,000. While now there are only 4 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $849,000 to $1,600,000.

In January 4 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $740,000 to $1,250,000 and in February 6 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $500,000 to $1,450,000.

The median sales price per square foot went up again from $309 in January to $321 in February and days on market from 21 down to 19.

Home inventory in the Isles at Wellington has doubled. Last month there were 4 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $849,000 to $1,600,000 and now there are 8 with asking prices ranging from $825,000 to $1,720,000.

However, home sales have slightly increased! In February 6 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $500,000 to $1,450,000. While in March 7 sold with sales prices ranging from $825,000 to $1,406,500.

The median sales price per square foot significantly decreased from $321 in February to $248 in March and days on market from 19 up to 33.

Home inventory in the Isles at Wellington continues to climb. Last month there were 8 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $825,000 to $1,720,000. Now there are 10 homes for sale in the Isles with asking prices ranging from $659,000 to $1,720,000.

While home sales have slightly decreased. Back in March 7 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $825,000 to $1,406,500 and in April 4 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $657,500 to $1,400,000.

The median sales price per square increased from $248 in March to $297 in April and days on market from 33 down to 21.

Home inventory in the Isles at Wellington continues to climb and is at an all-time high. Last month there were 10 homes for sale in the Isles with asking prices ranging from $659,000 to $1,720,000 and now there are 16 with asking prices ranging from $800,000 to $1,950,000.

While home sales continue to decrease. Back in April 4 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $657,500 to $1,400,000 and in May only 3 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $940,000 to $1,100,000.

The median sales price per square increased from $297 in April up to $310 in May and days on market from 21 down to 14.

Not much has really changed in the Isles over the last month. Home inventory slightly decreased and the number of home sales remain the same.

In June there were 16 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $800,000 to $1,950,000 and now there are 15 homes for sale with the same price range.

In both May and June there were 3 home sales. Sale prices for May were $940,000 to $1,100,000 while in June they were $641,000 to $1,212,500.

The median sales price per square increased went back down to $297 in June from $310 in May and days on market from 14 down to 11.

Back in June, there were 3 home sales with sale prices ranging from $641,000 to $1,212,500. While in July, 5 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $580,000 to $1,565,000.

The median sales price per square increased from $297 in June up to $305 in July and days on market from 11 up to 24.

Back in July, 5 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $580,000 to $1,565,000. While in August there were 4 home sales with sale prices ranging from $925,000 to $1,438,000.

The median sales price per square decreased from $305 in July down to $301 in August and days on market went from 24 up to 36.

Back in August, 4 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $925,000 to $1,438,000 and in September only 2 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $834,000 to $862,000.

The median sales price per square decreased once again from $301 in August down to $270 in September and days on market went from 24 down to 22.

Once again not much has changed in Isles at Wellington over the last few months. There are still 14 homes for sale, however, the asking price range has slightly changed. Last month they ranged from $755,000 to $1,799,000 and now they range from $595,000 to $1,799,000.

Back in September only 2 homes sold in the Isles at Wellington with sale prices ranging from $834,000 to $862,000. While in October only one home sold and had a sales price of $1,350,000.

The median sales price per square has increased from $270 in September up to $341 in October and days on market went from 22 up to 94 days.
