I have worked in residential real estate throughout Wellington and surrounding Palm Beach County communities since 2001. I relocated to Wellington with my family that same year, which means I’ve experienced the area both as a homeowner and as a Realtor helping buyers, sellers, and landlords navigate real decisions at different stages of life.
Over the years, I have helped a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, relocation buyers, move-up sellers, downsizers, investors, and landlords. No two situations are the same, which is why I focus on understanding your timing, goals, and constraints before offering advice.
My role is to help you make informed decisions. That means clear pricing guidance, realistic expectations, and steady communication from the first conversation through closing day. When you work with me, you work directly with me, not a rotating team or assistant.
Outside of real estate, my family is my priority. I am a mom to two boys and two French bulldogs, and I believe strongly in supporting the community I live and work in. Wellington is not just a market to me. It is home.
