VillageWalk is a popular choice for equestrians and horse show attendees who want a resort-style setting with a private pool, lakefront views, and easy access to Lyons Road and Forest Hill Boulevard, keeping the show grounds and surrounding venues within a short drive.

If you are looking for a seasonal rental during WEF, plan ahead. Equestrian season inventory moves fast, and many tenants begin their search 3 to 6 months in advance. Reach out early and I will add you to alerts so you are notified the moment something hits the market.

HOA Approval Process

Because VillageWalk is a guard-gated, HOA-governed community, tenants go through an HOA approval process before move-in. This typically includes a rental application and background check, with an approval period that generally runs about 2 to 4 weeks.
