Back in December 5 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $605,000 to $701,500. While in January 3 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $600,000 to $830,000. The price per square foot was $283 in December and $286 in January. The days on market went from 19 days in December and 126 days in January.
