Home sales increased from1 in November to 3 in December. In November the only home sold for $725,000 and in December sale prices ranged from $670,000 to $858,000.
Price per square foot increased from $232 to $237 and days on market also decreased from 75 in November to 58 in December.

Price per square foot went back up from $221 to $260 and days on market went back down from 17 days in February to 5 in March.
