In November 4 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $425,000 to $725,000 and in December 1 home sold with a sales price of $510,000. Price per square foot remained the same $220 and days on market decreased from 43 days in November down to 2 days.

Only one home sold in Grand Isles in February for $550,000 while in March 2 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $540,000 to $630,000. Price per square foot increased once again, this time from $262 in February to $287 in March, and days on market increased from 4 days in February to 24 days in March.

Home inventory at Grand Isles at Wellington continues to increase. Last month there were two homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $550,000 to $699,900. Now, there are three homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $550,000 to $820,000.
In addition to home inventory increasing so have home sales. In March 2 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $540,000 to $630,000 and in April 5 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $570,000 to $820,000. Price per square foot decreased from $287 in March to $272 in April, and days on market decreased from 24 days in March down to 7 days in April.

Home inventory at Grand Isles at Wellington continues to increase. Last month there were 3 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $550,000 to $820,000 and now there are 7 with asking prices ranging from $539,000 to $809,900. Grand Isles hasn't had this many homes for sale in years, which can be an indication the market is shifting and/or sellers have overpriced their homes for sale.
While on the flip side, home sales have decreased. In April 5 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $570,000 to $820,000 and in May only 2 sold with sale prices ranging from $659,000 to $690,000. Price per square foot decreased from $272 in April to $256 in May, and days on market increased from 7 days in April up to 12 in May.

While home sales remain the sale slightly decreased. In May 2 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $659,000 to $690,000 and in June 1 home sold for $535,000. Price per square foot decreased from $256 in May up to $348 in June, and days on market increased again from 12 in May up to 42 days in June.
