The number of homes for sale in Grand Isles at Wellington did not change this month, there are still 3 homes for sale. However, the asking prices did slightly change. Last month prices ranged from $545,000 to $895,000 while they now range from $545,000 to $899,000.
Back in November 1 home sold for $870,000 and in December 1 home also sold, but for $545,000. The price per square foot sales price in November was $275, which increased up to $303 in December. Days on the market went from 4 days in November up to 13 days in December.
