Home inventory is UP and sales are DOWN in Olympia. Last month, 36 homes were for sale with asking prices between $579,900 and $1,560,000. That number has now increased to 37, with prices ranging from $599,000 to $2,750,000.
In January, 8 homes sold, with prices ranging from $587,000 to $1,447,500. In February, only 3 homes sold, with prices between $610,000 and $1,240,000. The median price per square foot dropped from $281 in January to $212 in February. Days on market remained nearly unchanged, going from 111 days in January to 110 in February.

Home inventory in Olympia has decreased once again. Last month there were 38 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $595,000 to $1,749,999. Now there are 35 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $560,000 to $1,560,000.
Back in November 4 homes also sold and those sale prices ranged from $700,000 to $940,000. While in December 3 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $700,000 to $770,000. The median price per square foot went from $268 in November and $231 in December. The days on market were 94 days in November and 82 days in December.

Home inventory and sales have both increased in Olympia. Last month there were 35 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $560,000 to $1,560,000. Now there are 36 homes for sale with asking prices ranging from $579,900 to $1,560,000.
Back in December 3 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $700,000 to $770,000. While in January 8 homes sold with sale prices ranging from $587,000 to $1,447,500. The median price per square foot went from $231 in December to $281 in January. The days on market were 82 days in December and 111 days in January.
