Home inventory in Olympia at Wellington remains exactly the same with 7 homes for sale. However, the asking prices have changed. Last month asking prices ranged from $750,000 to $1,200,000. While now they range from $510,000 to $1,499,999.
Home sales have flipped again and have decreased! In February 8 homes sold with sales prices ranging from $580,000 to $1,200,000. While in March 6 homes sold for $580,000 to $1,100,000. Price per square foot went from $231 up to $236 and days on market went from 34 to 9.
