This guard-gated community offers four gated entrances along with roving security. Homes are exclusively single-family and estate residences organized into seventeen villages: Bryden Village, Cooper Village, Danforth Village, Easton Village, Hamblin Village, Merriweather Village, Payson Village, Postley Village, Phipps Village, Scribner Village, Shaughnessy Village, Stotesbury Village, Thomson Village, Treanor Village, Waburton Village, Widener Village, Woodworth Village.

Construction began in 2002 and concluded in 2014, resulting in 1,762 homes across four builder collections with more than thirty floor plans. To compare layouts and room dimensions, visit Olympia Models.

Water and open space are central to the community’s design. Lake Olympia spans more than 100 acres in the heart of the neighborhood, and, in total, there are over 240 acres of lakes and wetland preserves.

Access is convenient from multiple points: the main entrance on Forest Hill Boulevard east of 441 (SR-7), plus additional gates on the east side of 441 (SR-7), the north side of Stribling Way, and the west side of Lyons Road.
