Buena Vida is a guard-gated active-adult neighborhood of single-family homes built from 2003 to 2007 by Minto Homes. Homes are almost all one-story with a few two-story layouts, and many properties enjoy lake or preserve views. Several homes include screened lanais, extended patios, and private pools.
The Home Collections
Minto offered two home collections within Buena Vida: the Renaissance Collection and the Reserve Collection.
Renaissance Collection: Four one-story floor plans from approximately 1,886 to 2,374 square feet of living area. Typical layouts include 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 to 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. Homes in this collection are commonly on minimum 50-foot by 110-foot lots.
Reserve Collection: Three one-story floor plans from approximately 2,535 to 3,328 square feet of living area. Typical layouts include 3 bedrooms plus a den, 3 to 3.5 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. Two plans offered an optional guest suite above the garage. Minimum lot size is commonly 70 foot by 110 foot.
