I needed to find a tenant for my property. After speaking with Michelle In regards to marketing, tenant qualification etc. I knew she was going to get the job done. I was referred to Michelle Gibson by a close friend when I started looking for my first house. They had raved about how detailed and efficient she was when helping them and I was convinced right away since I was none of those things. My daughter and I moved to Florida from Maui Hawaii and purchased our home through Michelle. I found Michelle’s beautiful webpage, called and told her what I was looking for. She e-mailed me several different homes, but nothing jumped out.

Then one day she had a new listing and when I saw it right away I knew this was the home for me and my daughter, so I made an offer. The next week we came to Florida from Maui, Michelle picked us up and showed us the home that I loved so much. However she also insisted that we look at other homes to be sure of my choice.

After confirming that was the home for us Michelle took us to my daughters new school so we could meet the people in the office and pick up the papers we needed to start school. Michelle also showed us the town of Wellington, the parks and waterpark.
After she showed me around I was sure this was the right place for my daughter and I to move to. I have never been to Florida, didn\'t know anyone here and Michelle made me feel right at home.

We then went back to Maui to pack to return for our closing, which was delayed, but we were already set to come back to Florida. Michelle was very concerned about us staying in a hotel, so she emailed everyone she knew, including all of her soccer mom\'s to ask if anyone had space for us to stay for a week or two and because of her email my daughter and I were able to stay with a beautiful family at their guest home where we felt very comfortable and safe.

After we moved into our new home Michelle asked her husband to take us to Lowes so we could get a new lock for our door and her husband Josh even changed the locks for us that day so we would feel safe.
