The Fields is a fabulous gated single-family home and townhome community built by DiVosta Homes, offering six different collections in total. There were originally two townhome collections, the Executive Collection and Signature Collection, each with two floorplan options. A third collection, the Veranda, was added later. Every townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 1-2 car garage, and 1,816 to 1,909 square feet of living space.
Two single-family home collections were initially offered, the Manors Series and the Province Series, with a third collection, the Estate Series, added later. The Manors Series grew from 4 to 6 floorplans, the Province Series grew from 5 to 6 floorplans, and the Estate Series is the smallest with just two floorplan options.
