Andalucia is a gated single family home and townhome community in Lake Worth Florida. It's located just east of Lyons Road south of Lake Worth Road. Shopping, dining and entertainment are in every direction and the Florida Turnpike is only minutes away. Top rated schools are also a short walk, bike ride or drive away.
Andalucia is a gorgeous gated community that was built by CalAtlantic Homes, Lennar Homes, from 2017 to 2021. When they broke ground in 2017 they introduced two single-family home collections; the Vineyard Collection and Coastal Collection.
The Vineyard Collection offered 5 floorplans that featured 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage with living square footage ranging from 2,001 up to 3,032. While the Coastal Collection offered 5 different floorplans as well that featured 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-4.5 bathrooms, and a 2-3 car garage with living square footage ranging from 2,420 up to 3,676.
Between both collections, there are a total of 186 one and two-story single-family homes. Lot sizes for these homes are 45' to 55.' The 92 single-family homes in Andalucia on the south side of 47th Place South are situated on 55' homesites except for 5 lots. While the 94 single-family homes in Andalucia on the north side of 47th Place North are situated on 45' homesites except for 2 lots.
A townhome collection, the Sierra Collection, was quickly added to the mix. Within this collection, there are a total of 60 two-story townhomes. Three different floorplans were built with living square footage ranging from 1,652 up to 2,096 and feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 1-2 car garage.
As building was quickly coming to an end in Andalucia Lennar Homes purchased the neighboring land. Here they started building a second phase of townhomes within the gates, Towns of Andalucia. This collection consists of 92 two-story townhomes with 3 different floorplans. While the models are basically the same as the Sierra Collection, the names are different and the living square footage is slightly different as well. All of these townhomes have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 1-2 car garage with living square footage ranging from 1,604 up to 2,032. The driveways in the Towns of Andalucia collection also have at least a 2 car garage driveway regardless of garage size. Some even have extended driveways.
