Winston Trails is a beautiful guard-gated golf community built from 1993 to 2002, offering 1,891 single-family homes divided into 20 sub-developments. While a majority of homes were built by Westbrooke Homes, several other builders helped create this gorgeous golf community, including Gold Coast, K. Hovnanian, M/I Homes, and Pulte.
The smallest homes have just over 1,300 square feet of living space, while the largest have 3,600. Since Winston Trails takes up almost an entire city block, there are three gated entrances for easy access, with the main gate on Jog Road and the other two on Haverhill and Hypoluxo Roads.
