“But it’s a Buyers Market”
At certain price points in the Wellington Florida real estate market it’s a strong seller’s market, NOT a buyers market like some news outlets report. I can explain this to buyers until I’m blue in the face, but a majority of them don’t believe me until they experience it for themselves
Yesterday one of my new clients had their first taste of this “buyers market.” I showed her a brand new listing and by the time we left the seller received 3 offers. Yep, 3 offers within 24 hours of being placed on the market (sellers it pays to price your house right!).
My client was in complete shock and didn’t understand how multiple offers could occur in this so-called buyers market. I didn’t want to say “I told you so,” but I did remind her about our previous conversation. The one where I told her that 100% of my clients have been in a multiple offer situation and homes priced right sell in a day.
It may be a seller’s market at some price points, but not all!
