Briar Bay is a guard gated community located on the east side of Jog Road just north of Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach Florida. Major shopping, dining and entertainment are a short drive away along with easy access to the Florida Turnpike and Palm Beach International Airport.
Several different builders took part in creating Briar Bay, which was built from 2002 to 2004. Within the gates of Briar Bay is 7 sub-developments; The Cove, The Cove II, Sail Harbour, Liberty Bay, Liberty Isles, The Tides and Waters Edge.
The Cove I and II at Briar Bay offers first and second floor condos that were built by Pride Homes from 2002 to 2004. These two and three bedroom condos have living square footage ranging from 910 up to 1,196. The Cove I is located within the main community of Briar Bay while the Cove II is located just north of the main entrance. The Cove II also features a separate community pool within the gates.
Sail Harbour at Briar Bay offers over 330 townhomes that were built by Continental Homes from 2002 to 2004. There were three floorplans to choose from with living square footage ranging from 1,329 up to 1,688. All of the townhomes in Sail Harbour have a one car garage plus additional driveway parking.
Liberty Bay at Briar Bay offers 194 single family homes that were built by Home Dynamics from 2003 to 2004. There were four floorplans to choose from with living square footage ranging from 1,456 up to 2,250. Each single family home in Liberty Bay has a one or two car garage.
Liberty Isles at Briary Bay offers 115 single family homes that were built by Home Dynamics from 2003 to 2004. There were four floorplans to choose from with living square footage ranging from 1,903 up to 2,794.
The Tides at Briar Bay offers 95 single family homes that were built by Crosswinds Communities from 2002 to 2003. All of the homes in The Tides have at least a two or three car garage with living square footage ranging from 2,260 up to 3,414.
Waters Edge at Briar Bay offers 134 single family homes that were built by Shelby Homes from 2003 to 2004. There were over five floorplans to choose from with living square footage ranging from 2,467 up to 3,860.
