Move-In Day!
The day has arrived, your lease is starting and there are only a few steps left.

• Give the landlord the outstanding balance of money owed in certified funds; cashier’s check or money order.
• Register with the gate/ clubhouse, if necessary.
• Do a final walk-thru and note any existing damage to the property. Then send it to your agent and landlord for their records. This will ensure you are not charged upon moving out.
• Check to make sure all utilities are on and working properly.

*Don’t forget to change your vehicle registration and driver’s license.

Relocating Doesn’t Have to Be a Nightmare!
