Come explore Wellington Florida with me!
My name is Chase, I am a middle school student who is growing up in Wellington and here is my point of view on places I visit in Wellington Florida.
Come “Walk Wellington” with me now……
Busch Wildlife Sanctuary in Jupiter Florida
I recently visited the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, which is not located in Wellington, but I think it is a really cool place to visit. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is a FREE zoo completely ran on donations that people make. The Sanctuary has many animals like snakes, owls, turtles, bears, panthers, foxes, and many more animals.
When you enter Busch Wildfire Sanctuary there will be a picnic area to your right and a gift shop on your left, which has real animals inside like flying squirrels.
If you follow the trail there will be many turns and curves that lead you to different exhibits. The trail has plenty of shade, restrooms and water fountains on the way.
One of the newest exhibits is the bear exhibit, which the trail can be found to the left of the main entrance. At every exhibit there is a wooden box that says “Donations” on it. Here you can make donations to improve that exhibit.
If you are looking for something to do stop by the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, it is FREE and a lot of fun.
