“Michelle helped in our search for a rental home in Wellington. She was delightful to work with, knew the market extremely well and was very helpful in the process. But more importantly, Michelle maintained constant contact with me and the owner’s agent to keep the process moving, kept me in the loop at all times and because we were 1300 miles away, volunteered to handle some of the logistical matters that needed to occur. She is a true professional, was very responsive and truly owned the process from start to finish…despite it only being a rental.”

“Michelle should be given the Best in Palm Beach County award! She is knowledgeable, pays close attention to detail, and personal. My family recently relocated back to Palm Beach County. Our desire is to rent for one year and then enter the buyer’s market. The property manager for the house we chose to rent was not the best person to deal with. He was very unresponsive and difficult to reach.
Michelle kept us in the loop, even without being prompted. Her emails, text messages and phone calls did not just occur during normal work hours (9-5), she went beyond the call of duty to say the least! Our move to Florida would not have been as smooth if it were not for Michelle! Michelle we will be calling you again in about 6 months to find our newest home in Palm Beach County!
