The 3 bedroom condos also have the same great features as the 2 bedroom condos, but have an additional 120 Square Feet, totaling 1,300 AC Square Feet.

Quarterly condo fees vary depending on the size of the each unit and include access to the swimming pool and clubhouse, exterior building insurance, basic cable, pest control inside and out along with garbage removal.

Each Sheffield Woods resident has an assigned parking spot and there are  additional parking spots throughout the community for guests.  The mailboxes, enclosed recycling and garage area are just a short walk away from each condo.

Sheffield Woods Condos in Wellington Florida has two sections, both have separate entrances into the community that do not connect.  These entrances are both located off Wellington Trace between Big Blue Trace and Forest Hill Blvd.
